Watches for sale

Post by Robotaz »

Guys,

I don't have time right now to list here and WUS, so I started at WUS because I am about to flood the place with watch sales.

If you see something there, or any watch you know that I own, make me an offer. I'll post deals we close through here on this forum and we can establish feedback.

Sorry. I want to put them here, too, but I just don't have time right now. Maybe this weekend I can start copying them over.

Reason for selling is because my best man's mom is selling a car she bought in 1969 brand new and I want it. And it needs to happen soon or I'll miss out.

Same question-- if you can at least give us a preview of the ~$500 ish and under class watches that would help.

Sorry guys. I’m starting high and working my way down hoping to keep more this way.

I just loaded four more, all under $1000.

Ahhhh you put up the Helson. I can't swing it right now, but that's a freaking sweet dive watch.

I added the Azimuth I bought on ToM. I paid $1600. If anyone wants it for that I’ll be a player.

It’s an awesome watch. I’m trying to sell it before I fall for it.

So, for those who may wonder, my best man’s mom wants to sell a garaged white 1969 Cougar XR7 convertible that his dad bought off the lot brand new. It has records from the same Ford lot its entire life. Cars don’t get any better than this. I’m trying to buy it before people get their hands on it. At the same time, I hope she gets all she can, so it’s weird.

And to throw a bizarre twist, if I don’t get the cash rounded up in time, I’m going to put whatever I end up with on a Civic Type R, ordered from the Swindon UK factory before they shut the plant in 2020. The Type R is a Swindon car and owning one will be a rare opportunity for a gear head like me.

I’m going to catch up and post some watches here this weekend when I can sit down and write my name and date on paper for all the pics on my phone.

When you started this fire sale, I was a little worried it was some sort of family emergency. When I found out it was to buy cars, it was a huge relief and significantly more awesome. Good luck with the sales, and as far as I can tell, you shouldn't have too much trouble unloading them. Just wish I wasn't paying estimated taxes in 2 days lol.

I’ve had fire sales for taxes before. I also had a massive one in 2017 to get out of a money pit house.

I have always loved watches, but sometimes I feel like letting them go. I’m not that attached. That’s why I can never be a one-watch grail guy.
