Smart choice on the beverage. If getting after it for a long period of time, cheap, light, American lagers are the way to go. And Miller Lite is a step up from Bud or Coors light IMO. I mean, I will drink any of them, but will enjoy the Miller more. Have fun and make good choices bud!

2 of my favorite things.

Red Oak beer. Made with only 4 ingredients following the Bavarian beer law from 1516. Water, Barley, Hops and Yeast. Such a smooth, rich, Amber lager.

Seiko Pogue chronograph in beautiful condition. A mechanical marvel whose crown rotates the inner bezel when in, sets time when out, soft push advances the date only, hard push advances day/date.

Crawfish were shipped up from Louisiana and boiled by guys from there. So they are legit haha
And I was out late.... But sometimes you just gotta suck it up and keep on going.

Dinner out with Mrs.MoT. Bahama Mama for her and my absolute favorite local "macro" brew for me.

This info came in very handy for me today. My father in law just gave me his old Pogue for my birthday (soooo psyched about this!!) But I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to set the day/date! Also, the split pins on the bracelet are badass!!!

And to stay on topic, an SJE with some bourbon.

Sized up the bracelet on the Pogue today and paired it with a classic IPA. Enjoying doing nothing productive on my birthday. Lots more beverages to come and maybe a few more pics if I decide to change watches.

So much awesome in this post. Two members with two Pogues. I learn something everyday and now I want one! Know what you mean about the day/date setting. My grandfather's Seiko from the 70's is the same way and also has split pins.

Since we were so close, I had to pop over the border in to 'sconnie and grab a case of the best beer to come out of the State. New Glarus Spotted Cow. Scooted back over with the contraband in the trunk of my car. I sort of felt like a prohibition era whiskey runner. ;)

(New Glarus Brewing's products are prohibited from sale in Minnesota.)
