How is that different than the current LE 1978? Looks exactly like the one I owned.watchpalooza wrote:Posted this in the news thread, but may be a better fit here. Seiko to re-release the 1978 Quartz Saturation Diver

Interesting article on how many Kickstarter watch campaigns succeed.
https://www.watchpro.com/ever-wondered- ... s-succeed/
In that article they post an table that shows the 10 most successful campaigns in 2019 this far. Interesting to me that I joined campaigns 8 and 9, which are my first ever. I'll be picking up my Torsk diver later this month.

Some of the %Achieved data is very high and I'm sure the campaign owners got a massive surprise.PetrosD wrote:Interesting article on how many Kickstarter watch campaigns succeed.

Love the starkness of that panda. Just black and white, no other color, not even on the second hand.pgcity wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2019 8:28 pmDan Henry 1962 Racing Chronograph. I really want to buy one of these. But also I've spent over $1000 in two weeks on watches so i should probably enjoy what I've got.yinzburgher wrote:Today the Dan Henry 1962 Racing Chronograph was released. Boldr is teasing a new watch under development
Re: 2019 New and Upcoming Releases!
Here's the text that came in an email to me from Boldr along with that photo
"We're elated by the great response to our latest Odyssey Bronze and Stainless Steel series, but by no means have we been resting on our laurels. We always keep our focus on our next undertaking. On the next bold step.
And boy, it's a big one - stay tuned for updates on what's in store very soon!
Thank you for supporting BOLDR."

Re: 2019 New and Upcoming Releases!
Lumed crown or some kind of smartwatch?
I wish that watch were 38mm?
Re: 2019 New and Upcoming Releases!
Looks like crown on 2 & 4 and the lumed one is in 2 o clock position
I know someone in Singapore who had seen the next boldr but apparently he isn’t allowed to speak nor post photos...

Re: 2019 New and Upcoming Releases!
I'm going to guess it's the Boldr Venture automatic.

Re: 2019 New and Upcoming Releases!
I guessed wrong. It's the new Expedition. From a post on Boldr's Facebook page. Sorry can't seem to paste the link, so here's the text
"Hello everyone, here's another round of BOLDR Friday. Here's an open secret, we are launching the brand new BOLDR Expedition 2019 in the coming weeks. There will be about 5 models, here comes the fun part, can you guys name some of the models?Closest guess or most creative guesses will win something from us. Good luck!"
Re: 2019 New and Upcoming Releases!
I heard rumors about Chinese LE Boldrs made using sea gull movement, let’s see if it’ll be one of these 5 explorers model or will it probably be their upcoming regional only release...

How come every new release watch I see on here lately that I like has a dial that is too small for my XXL wrists?
Must be a worldwide conspiracy against those that are wrist circumference challenged!
