Stretching the definition of compliant again today with the Heitis Chronograph panda version. It's got a Miyota OS20 movement inside, which to my mind makes it acceptable on Citizen Sunday. On a Black Ops strap from Erika, which I think works rather well.

Edit: completely forgot to add the signed crown photo.

Tap. Talk. Buy a watch. Repeat.

Not compliant today with the watch, but definitely compliant with the half yard of beer! I was gonna wear one of my signed crown watches today, but found out last minute there was a chance we would be swimming, so I threw on the already wound and set SKX. Cheers!

Switched watches when I got home in the name of compliance. I feel better now.

Mod Monday and I have a Timex Expedition that I
stripped down to the brass. Could use brass hands, crown and buckle. But still not half bad. This watch is also sporting a painted caseback.ImageImage

Ok - so I am totally new around here but I think I am doing this right. The strap counts as a mod, right?

Yep. You nailed it with the perlon. Strap change compliance for me too. Rubber strap from Fluco on the Dan Henry.

Nice combination. Do you remember the brand of the strap?

Strap change definitely counts as a mod around here. Glad you found your way over here, and great looking watch/strap combo! Is it a Eulit perlon?

Thanks for the welcome! Really starting to like it here. It’s not a Eulit. Picked it up in a bulk purchase on reddit. Strap itself is good but the buckle leaves a bit to be desired.

Of course I remember. I just purchased it :D . That is “Classic Canvas Gray” from cheapestnatostraps.com. I said somewhere else on here that had I known how nice they would be for the price I would have grabbed a few more. I used the code “manontime” for 15% off.
