I’ll take literally anything over a Sellita. A non-hacking Miyota, or even Seiko. Anything.
Why is that? I have a few watches with Sellita movements in them, and they seem to be accurate and reliable, although I admit I'd prefer an ETA even though I have no real justification for that preference. I even have a CW COSC Sellita inbound.

Any insights you care to share? I do like the Miyota 9100 series, but I'm not sure why they're much better than a Sellita.

Similar to the previous "Fugu" NY008x limited editions of 2018, these NY009x models are being released to the Asian market and will add a bit more color to the line-up. One notable difference this time is that 5 of the 6 will come on a bracelet. The green S.E.A. model is limited to 1,989 pieces while the other colorways are limited to 2000 pieces. They are available now.

Multiple watch publications released articles today introducing a new line-up of Seiko 5 Sports dive-style watches. In total there will be 27 new models in the collection, which is comprised of 5 sub-collections; Sports, Suits, Specialist, Street, and Sense. You will likely notice a new logo along with a distinct resemblance to the SKX line-up of ISO certified divers. No word yet on whether or not the SKX has officially been discontinued.

If these turn out to be push-pull crowns they'll be dead to me. If screw-down, I will be buying one.

I think a lot of Seiko fans are gonna feel that way. And unfortunately my gut feeling here is that Worn and Wound just made a mistake and they will be push-pull crowns. I think a lot of these look great but already having a ton of Seiko, I'm probably not a buyer. I'll likely just stick to the occasional mod and Prospex models. Also, I really hope the orange dial (new SKX011) doesn't have that weird peach lume.

That last Pepsi skx replacement looks great. I like the new logo.

Can you be ISO compliant with a pull crown?
I wish that watch were 38mm?

Cool! They haven't been posted. I completely missed the announcement for these back in May and only discovered these existed a few days ago. I think they were just released here. Hard to believe they are being discounted already. I really like them. I was gonna say these are Sea Kings not Super Kings and then just read this.
Naturally, the watch was defined by the “SK” emblem on the dial, which, contrary to popular belief stood for “Super King” and not “Sea King”. We’re proud to say that this reissue of the SK Diver is exactly that: a reissue. While this model was first released in the early 1970s, it was actually reissued for the European market about ten years ago. This re-release marks the first time it is available worldwide. The watch has been reproduced to be as close to the original as possible, including the case, the tapered bracelet, and even the studded hour markers. It measures at the same 41.7mm across, which in the ’70s was a bit large. The dial displays the original text, except that it reads “22 Jewels” instead of “21 Jewels”. That’s because the movement has been upgraded to our caliber F6922 with is automatic, hand-winding, and hacking.

I wish they would have gone for a lighter color blue but I like the other 2 colors.

Spinnaker Hull Chronograph VK64 aka Mechaquartz with sweeping second hand. Yup, I'll buy it $200. Definitely feeling Panerai Daylight chrono homage......not a bad thing.
