Thank you. I am thrilled to be able to post something of mine to this thread. You will have a chance to get one of these in the MoT to distant future. I haven’t worked out the details yet.

Oh yes, the full lumed dial is roughly 33% brighter than my Lorus Lumibrite!

Not sure if this counts as lume, but my first Timex also means my first indiglo.

Awesome watch. I totally missed this one as it is something my dad would really enjoy. I love that they used the right font for Snoopy on the bottom. Very well done. Sadly it has the tick of most brass and resin Timex watches. You could remove the seconds hand and that would sort that problem nicely.

One of these days I will have to do some audio testing in the Timex movements to see how loud they are inside and outside of various cases utilizing the same movement to identify the sound dampening properties of each. So many projects, so little time.

Indiglo absolutely counts as lume. It is electroluminescent vs photochemical-luminescent. If it makes the watch glow, at think that you are safe posting here. Not that anybody here would get up in arms about something like this. We are a supportive community and can use disagreements to spark discussion, learning and understanding. Just the other day we all learned about yellow watermellons.

I noticed that it does have lume on the numbers and hands. Mentioned this in another thread, but I misunderstood what indiglo was. I thought that was what Timex called there fully lumed dials, so I'm still learning...always learning! Thank you Sporkboy!

The lume on this watch is not great over time, but I did manage to capture the moonphase along with the lume!
