As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.

I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

Thanks! And believe it or not they were taken on my Google Pixel 3a! I use it exclusively as a camera because the camera software is incredible. My primary phone is a Xiaomi mi9 which technically should have a better camera and sensor setup, but the Google photo software still beats it.

I do have a DSLR and some lenses as well but I don't really use it for watch pictures

With the proper lighting and composition, the Pixel phones are essentially unbeatable.

Nice. I know, I just got a Pixel 4. I know nothing about photography and have zero skill but this phone is the ultimate cheat/hack/shortcut to better pictures, even with terrible lighting. And especially now with the Imgur uploading.

I have the Pixel 3 so I'll agree with that. I know little about taking good pictures other than what looks good to me.

I'm not sure if I'd consider this my all time favorite or not but the Seiko Blue Lagoon Samurai just has a really photogenic dial.

A gorgeous CW C900 worldtimer, had to let go: I could not get used to the 24 hour dial.
