Maybe I’m just jaded. But maybe Ergode is using a shipping loophole to get out of orders that are too far underwater for their tastes. Ship an empty envelope to a different address, then say “All we can do is cancel the order. Sorry!” Keeps them on good standing with Jet as well most likely.

So how many more negative reviews will we be posting?

I hope everyone is posting negative reviews of Jet.
They are totally complicit.
Yes, to the extent that they have Ergode as one of their "trusted partners," but maybe they will drop Ergode after this. So far it looks like Jet has our backs, which makes me feel good. At this rate I would happily do business with Jet again. Of course, things are still up in the air atm. If I end up having to contact our CC company about this I'll be miffed.

So I join the growing ranks of victims of mysteriously misrouted Ergode packages. My tracking shows it went to the wrong ZIP code, 50 miles away. Spent an hour getting through on Jet chat last night, but waiting on return contact from a "specialist." Expecting a refund offer, and little hope of getting my bargain SKX007J1.
Like others I'm wondering if Ergode is shipping "fake parcels" to shill addresses to avoid fulfilling the orders? Hmmm...

"I don't have time to set all these &%#* watches!"
Far and wide I will find 'em and I ride 'em
Bricks and mortar get my licks just for kicks
AD or authorized I don't analyze
Retail, wholesale never fail
Online or offline, I find I don't redefine
Too big to fail or yard sale they all hale
Run or hide just for fun deals I find
Ok so I need to lead with the fact that I had my SKX shipped to my office. A place you could never get confused with another place anywhere in NYC because it literally is the only one. I work at NBC and the shipping address is 30 Rockefeller Plaza so much to my surprise my "watch" was delivered to an address in the lower east side somewhere between where the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge bring you into NYC from the other boros. I can't wait to hear the explanation on how they made a mistake. I mean some of the stuff you guys are saying like the sent it to my address in a town two towns over is one thing, they could at least claim it was a mistake. I don't care all that much. No loss on my end as they didn't even charge my card but i just want to hear the explanation, I hope they try to come up with something extra ridiculous so I can report back with the details.
Not good. If you look at reviews, this is exactly what other customers describe. Ergode frequently ships to wrong addresses, too frequently to be unintentional. Even when the address is correct, the customer orders something large like a book and they ship something small like a CD with the tracking label on it to show it was delivered.
Well, my Ergode order just "shipped" today from Houston. Is there a way I can look up the final destination on USPS? The tracking number doesn't show me this part.
Both my Discount Shop and Ergode orders are due to be delivered today. I have my expectations set appropriately low. Will update once my packages are "delivered".

In the USPS tracking page it shows the destination city and zip code, but after googling around yesterday it sounds like address details simply aren't recorded as part of the tracking number.

Do you have informed delivery through USPS? Informed deliver scans every piece of mail and emails you the morning of delivery. It will also show you your incoming packages, so they must record the destination address with the tracking info. It's very helpful service that I have been using for the past couple of years. It's also free and really easy to set up online.

Informed Delivery is a great tool which I use daily, but in my case the Jet (Ergode) watch parcel for some reason did NOT show up on ID. I had to manually add the tracking number into my ID account to find it there. I should have thought of that before it was "delivered," but I doubt it would have made a difference.
