True Confessions
Re: True Confessions
Hello, my name is PetrosD, and I am a watchaholic. It has been 37 days since my last watch purchase.
I bought 6 watches in 2019.
10 days ago I received a watch that I backed on KS in March. I don't think that counts as falling off the wagon.
23 days ago I purchased two Milanese bracelets from WatchGecko thanks to a deal I saw in the deals thread. I don't think that counts as falling off the wagon.
I check the deals thread multiple times a day. I have been weakened by some of those deals. I keep looking for a deal on the Hamilton Intra-matic 68 Panda. If I see a great deal on a Ball watch my PayPal trigger finger starts to itch, even though I already have 3 Ball watches.
I'm trying hard not to buy any more watches in 2019. But if I do and it doesn't arrive until 2020, I don't think that counts as falling off the wagon.

So.... I gave KOHLs a second chance. Brought two watches from them. A Casio and another 5kx.whoagorgeous wrote: ↑Wed Nov 13, 2019 3:59 pm I hate FedEx so much.
My 5KX was supposedly "delivered."
Checked my video footage and sure enough, FedEx stopped across the street but never came by the house.
Now I gotta go through all this investigation bs.

The Casio was delivered yesterday by usps.
The 5kx is being handled by yours truly FedEx.

Thanks. It's just a light sprain. I wore a watch for a couple of hours today and then took it off. The pressure from the watch and strap starts to bother it a little after a while. Should be all good in a few more days.

Give your other wrist a chance. It's been so lonely and jealous for all these years.cel4145 wrote:Thanks. It's just a light sprain. I wore a watch for a couple of hours today and then took it off. I just had to pick out my health insurance plan for the upcoming year. When comparing premiums, I found myself thinking about the the $ differences between them in terms of watches per month.

Come on bro those are rookie numbers. I expect better performance from you in the coming year. No less than 2 watch purchases per week.PetrosD wrote:Hello, my name is PetrosD, and I am a watchaholic. It has been 37 days since my last watch purchase.

Re: True Confessions
I was holding fast with one purchase for the year (and that was just bought recently). Now I suddenly have another 6 incoming. But they'll be sent to The Chronodome. Six go in, only two come out.AndroidIsAwesome wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 10:02 pmCome on bro those are rookie numbers. I expect better performance from you in the coming year. Sometimes it's not the number is watches, it's the number of dollars that gets you into trouble.AndroidIsAwesome wrote:Come on bro those are rookie numbers.
