BNIB for $296 plus tax minus CB was too good to resist for me. Occasionally you see this model without drilled lugs and I'm worried that's what I'll get so I sent an email to Ashford asking for drilled lugs if possible lol. [emoji1696] I'm also considering writing to Glycine to see if they have any stainless steel bezel inserts like they used to have on an old model or two. Would love to switch out the insert if possible. On the topic of divers, Discount Shop has some decent prices on turtles right now. The SRP777 for $208 has sold out but you can still get a SRP775 for $227 if anyone is interested.
Because of this post I went on discount shop to buy the SRP775. Had considered this one for a while. It was in my cart and I pressed check out.... But then..... Decided while I was there to see if they had the SRPC23 since it's been #1 on my list for a while and I've been waiting to find one under 300 on the bay or somewhere else.
Wouldn't you know there was 1 on discount shop for $275! So I have an SRPC23J1 incoming [emoji2357][emoji2357][emoji2357]
It'll be my first turtle and I plan to wear the crap out of it!

Congrats......This is the best one of all the Turtles imo. Absolutely love mine, and I also got it from Discountshop a year ago.

Nice watch!!
I find it amusing how we make each other fall in love (with watches, not each other!) randomly on an ongoing basis.

Hi Yukon,
Is your bracelet the Strapcode Super Jubilee aka J-Louis? Or is it the Angus? It looks great and I'm thinking of picking the bracelet up for my incoming from Watchspree.

Boooo! [mention]Bbrou33[/mention] There is also this seller on ebay called worldwide-isetan with K versions for $250. I'm not familiar with them but they are showing 100% seller feedback over 166 transactions, however only 8 in the last year. Reviews mostly say fast shipping from Japan. They just added some Prospex models at killer prices, especially mini-turtles.

Thanks! Ended up going with these sellers. About the same price and more overall reviews. 8% ebay bucks too! So once again, hopefully, I have a SRPC23 coming in! This time K1 but that's ok with me

Cool! Pics when it arrives! I think it might even be the same seller but with a better price. They have all the same inventory I think. That's definitely a good price for the grey turtle. I'm surprised how low they have the PADI mini-turtle too. Thankfully I'm not too tempted for once.
Purchased for $1 (+$5 shipping). I grew up with Radioshack, doing all sorts of electronics projects. For me it symbolizes an era of hobbyists and DIY’ers.

LOVED Radio Shack when it was a place you could buy all kinds of electronic bits and pieces.
The first computer my family had was a Commodore 64. The first computer that didn't plug into the TV was a Tandy 1000EX with dual 3.5" floppy drives, MS-DOS 2.x and DeskMate. Wrote my first BASIC programs and custom .bat files on that thing. Loved it.

I used to buy protoboards, project boxes and components there to fuel countless electronics projects. Learned to solder joints before I was 10. Was a lot of fun building all kinds of circuits.
