Unfortunately yes after 3+ weeks and many emails, they eventually sent another email cancelling the order and processed the refund today for order placed on 27th March. A terrible and inefficient way to do business and total waste of time for both sides. Seems like they just hold the funds for weeks creating a short term float for themselves? Will never order from them again my time is too valuable to deal with their nonsense.

Got an email from InvictaStores about the order from 04/06/2020 saying the following:
"Please choose one of the options below...
Yes, I received my order.
Please confirm that you've received your order by clicking on the link below:

No, I haven't received my order yet.
If you haven't received your order yet, wait 24-48 hours then contact invictastores.com

I canceled my order.

Of course, order wasn't shipped. I emailed - twice to InvictaStores, first time they said they don't have item in stock and there's no estimate on shipping date. I asked refund. They replied - it was a final sale, order cannot be cancelled and will be shipped this week. Now this email.
Anyone had the same experience?

I agree. Solid businesses would charge the credit card only when order is being shipped.

I got the same email today, but as was suggested, it appears to be some sort of automated email. I've checked my order status, and it's still listed as processing on my order of a Segway Ninebot ES2.

That seems to be at least $8+ better than the price elsewhere -- a pretty good discount at prices this low.
