Another ST19 incoming, this one a HK Ed with the Chinese Airforce logo.

Terrible picture, but a Nivada Alerta travel alarm. This is essentially just a watch put in a folding case.

OK, I bought a watch for myself. Looking at last year’s purchases I have been restrained this year and am being more selective.
Momentum EMS Himalaya that appears to be a renamed Atlas. This one has a bad movement, but I got it for ~$19 shipped and these usually go for triple that. Adding a new movement will be an easy task.

I've had an eye on this Keith Haring G-Shock model for awhile, but never quite enough to pay the usual asking price. Thanks to an impulsive offer made in a moment of unrelated stress, I'm joining the G-Shock club.

I had some Keith haring swatches back when they first came out. Wish I had held into them.Sussa wrote:I've had an eye on this Keith Haring G-Shock model for awhile, but never quite enough to pay the usual asking price. When you can't resist your own deal:
What pushed me over the edge is I logged into Paypal and remembered the Rakuten check came in recently. So it was less than $100 out of pocket.

I wish that watch were 38mm?

Anyone have that Seizenn from Merkur incoming? And if so did you get tracking info or is this just a wait and see kind of thing?

Me too, that was the thing that drew me to it. Looks also to have curved end links. For £35 I figured worth it just for the bracelet. Researched the brand and found it was a mark of Baylor / Zales in the 60‘s and quite high end (I have another Baylor and am impressed by the quality). Inside is a mystery as the seller did not open it, but could be a PUW, AS or ETA. Part of the fun of vintage!Sussa wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 5:07 pmLove that bracelet!watchpalooza wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 2:04 pm Some vintage pickups...

Oooops, I might have bought (another) Omega quartz last night. Another non-working 1342. Well, I blame Gixen. I have about 5 of these Omega quartz in the watchbox ready for when I get some time to clean them up and try my hand at repairing them. This one will basically be a full set of spares for my current working one.
