May was a good month! All of the most important metrics (in my opinion) saw solid rebounds this month. That is if you ignore the total deal price and total retail price and average bargain. I view those as corrections over April as there were some ridiculously priced watches in April that aren't normally posted. Lookin' straight at you Dewitt.
Some movers and shakers in the Top 10 posters, well aside from TheJohnP who still has the top spot. We even have a newbie or two cracking the Top 10 for May! Congratulations.
Anyway...
On to the numbers!
(As always, if there is a particular brand, site or other pieces of data you'd like, let me know and I can provide it.)
Let's remember a few things first:
I based these calculations on new and refurbished watches only.
I do not include watch accessories or used watches.
I only included deals with links.
The retail price used was either the retail price listed on the selling website or found on the manufacturer's site.
Currency, if not in USD was converted to USD using Google's currency exchange calculator on as close to the date the deal was posted as possible.
"Largest" and "Smallest" deal is based solely on the percentage savings from listed retail. I do not make subjective determinations on the brand's perceived value. That is up to you, the reader.

Man, May went fast. Did too much deal buying and not enough deal posting.
Speak for yourself. Only watch I bought all year was a Junghans Form A (not the Taupe deal I posted today).
This month
Watch my wallet
I also recently remembered that the Bi-annual Chris Ward Thunderdome will be either this month or next. For the sake of my wallet (and marriage) I hope it's July.

I want to post more deals. I put too much pressure to find amazing deals and it seems there there's always a better deal.
My 2cents.
1 cent - I tend not to worry about someone posting a better deal based on something I shared...unless it's from years ago and irrelevant.
2 cent - Amazing deals are wonderful to find, but a good deal is a good deal. Doesn't have to be earthshattering to share with the rest of the class.

As the proud poster of both the worst and second worst deals in May, I say just go for it

I usually try to find pretty good deals to post with the realization that this is a team effort, so I'm always delighted if someone finds a lower price or code to lower the current price.
