NAD!

Fellow UKers, is this quite common on Amazon US? I've only ordered silly things like a Hatchimal (for my sister), an Axon 7 phone case and recently, the Wenger Roadster Black Night - from Flying Fashion 3rd Party Seller (thanks to TheSultanOfSoWhat, if I remember right) :)

This Citizen Eco-Drive AW1361-10H is available from a "Just Launched" seller called "AmazonGlobal - International Shopping" for $81.03, but doesn't ship here. https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing ... dition=all

The Amazon rep was very nice (I love Amazon and think their CS is stellar) - their response:
"I checked out the item which you're trying to purchase on our website and verified it can't be shipped to United Kingdom. Due to recent changes in warranty and legal restrictions limit the delivery destinations for some products. Please understand that this policy is based on warranty issues, manufacturer restrictions, and Federal law, and as such, cannot be amended at the discretion of our Customer Service department."

The Live Chat rep recommended freight forwarding websites, but I'm guessing that would raise the price enormously - and I don't think they take care of Customs at Checkout the way Amazon US does?

Slightly annoying, but oh well.

I think that’s a very old model. Haven’t seen that in a long time.

If they had the Gulf colors for that price, it would be a great watch to use my eBay bucks on. Finally caved and bought an LG OLED with the $100 eBay Bucks promo.

Rubber is good to grip, right? A bezel on a 300 meter watch typically rotates to track elapsed time, right? A rubber gripped bezel on a 300 meter "dive" watch, cool, right? Bezel is fixed/stationary? FAIL...SMH.

Now whenever I see a Samurai deal I think of this post by recapt:

Just finished this Samurai mod this weekend and I'm officially in love. It's actually a watch that never really caught my eye until I saw a company called namokiMODS post a picture of one with their sandblasted bezel and and vintage stainless steel insert. I had to have it. And I knew it would look great with an Erika's Originals Black Ops strap (22mm, patina hardware) which I had been looking for an excuse to try out. The whole thing came together just as I hoped it would.

I have pretty small wrists and never thought a 44mm case would be an option, but thanks to the short lugs (only 48mm lug-to-lug) it's extremely wearable for me. The MN strap only helps with it wearing small. Glad I tried one of these MN straps, they are super comfortable and look ridiculously cool (I already have another one on order). It just takes a few times to get the hang of buckling it.

By the way, namoki lists these bezels and inserts as being for the Turtle, which they are, but they also fit the Samurai when used in tandem. In other words, their Turtle insert doesn't fit in the stock Samurai bezel and vice versa. You have to buy them as a pair to do this mod.

NAD. Just a follow up. I jumped on this because I've been looking for a black watch and for $60.00 it was too good to pass up. It arrived and it looks great, but the NATO had to go. Not a fan of NATO's and this one is very stiff! Dug through my box and found this Olive Leather one and I think it looks great. Keeping good time for the last 24 hours (+4sec) and love the size. 42mm is my sweet spot.

It has a NH35 and best of all is a whopping $59.99 at Ashford----- https://www.ashford.com/us/watches/invi ... 0070&so=46

Have a few of these, not bad for the price. Be aware though, they're just 195 cm long
That is plenty long, need to cut back 170 cm.

Mmm, no. These need to be 220mm to fit slightly bigger wrists. Got a little wrist, 5 minutes with a razor blade and a lighter and you're all set. Not so easy to add material to the strap....
