At least the watch is in the video right away. Don't you love those reviewers who have the camera pointed at themselves and talk a lot before they show you the watch? Like we care what the reviewer looks like.

I just bought the C1 Worldtimer and now CW came up with a C1 Worldglow,
The hunt is endless (for now I will convince myself that having the Moonglow and the Worldtimer equals Worldglow), no?

Complaints of yesterday.
I left the house at 5:30 a.m. to go to the office. I get on the freeway and realize I don't have my glasses on, so I turn around. I get back on the freeway after getting my glasses. About 10 minutes into my drive, I get a loss of tire pressure alert. It happens, probably nothing... nope, full on flat tire on Highway 101. Suns not up yet but I still got to change out the tire. It was dark and cold, but got it done quickly. Take the care to the shop, I need to replace ALL the tires. Oh well, there goes a nice watch I could've got.
Okay, last complaint of yesterday. I'm taking a shower and decide I need to trim my beard. I grab my trimmer and swipe up my neck towards the chin. Took it all off! Wtf? Well, looks like I got to trim the rest down and shave. It's been about two years since I shaved. Turns out my wife knocked my trimmer on the floor earlier in the day and didn't put the guard back on. I think it was an inside job because she keeps commenting on my clean shave.
Whatever, the day is over and done with and it's Friday. Happy for the weekend!

Stretch44's story about needing to return home after getting on the freeway reminded me of this:
I had ordered a Hamilton watch from Nordstrom Rack on-line, but decided not to keep it. I debated mailing it back versus driving about 20/25 minutes to a brick-and-mortar Rack, deciding to do the latter.
I got the watch repackaged, hopped into my car, and off I went. As soon as I got onto the on-ramp to the parkway (no freeways in NJ), I realized that I had left the receipt at home. Since I couldn't back down the ramp (not being that much of an idiot), I had to drive to the next exit, make a uey, and go home to get the evidence of the purchase.
Back on the parkway. Then searching out the mall I had never been to before. Finally at the Rack, I explained to the cashier that she was looking at a dopey person who couldn't remember to take the receipt the first time. Oh, she said, I didn't have to go back for the receipt. They could look up the purchase on the computer.
Grr.

There's a refurbished Alpina I like on Ebay, where there's a 15% off coupon for refurbished products--BUT NOT FOR WATCHES!

Tried logging in to one of my credit cards today, only to be rejected and having to call their 800 number. I got passed around 3 or 4 times, having to enter my card # each time, before finally getting someone to help me. But the worst thing was the ricky-tick music that keep being played into my ear while they kept me on hold.

If this was the hold music, I wouldn't mind:
"No, no! Put me back on hold! "Boplicity" isn't over yet!"

I acknowledge your post.
I sympathize for your predicament.
But I can't in good conscience hit the like button on your post.
