Soak it in coca-cola for couple of hours.
No the whole watch of course but for the deep of case back.
It worked for seized spark plugs in car engine.

Some great suggestions given, but none worked for me. Ultimately I found that a hammer to the crystal really made me feel better….and succeeded in opening the watch.
Gave up and hope to never come across another watch like that one.

Yeah, i parted out the internals to help my other watches…so not a total loss.
