I bought a CK high noon model K8M211C1 for modding purposes, I tried accessing the hands, but the case opening in the back is smaller than the dial’s diameter, do I need to remove the glass?, help!

Has to come out the front, is it glass or acrylic crystal?

If it is glass it might be glued in or held in by the top half of the case aka the fixed bezel, this might have to come off.

It is mineral glass, and yes it looks like there is a “fixed bezel” integral to the case (I never attempted to pry one off ever, does it snap on or screw down? is it tricky?)

They are usually pressed into place, I have not worked on this type of case.

Thank you; under the loupe: I noticed a small gap by 6 o’clock, the bezel came off easily, and access granted: seconds hand came off to start with:
