I'm no expert, but something about the location of day/date windows is making me question if that is actually 39mm or not. Might be worth double checking somehow before buying.
Edit: Actually, I guess it is about right. That case has nearly no bezel (compared to typical Seiko cases), so that was probably why it felt a little off to me at first.

Cheapest NATO Strap also has
that style, for a lot less ($12 or less). As does Ali Express if you want to wait a bit to receive.
One example, but there are several sellers with a variety of options.
Not sure either would have your color. But I almost bet they all come from the same factory with slight differences possible.
