Jura watches replied to my order stating "The brand have recently contacted us to advise that they have placed an embargo on their products meaning we can only ship Seiko products within Europe. Do you have a European or UK address that we can dispatch this order too?"
So, for many of us at least, this deal is no longer.
As for me? Alas, much ado about nothing.
Perdendosi wrote: ↑Fri Nov 19, 2021 1:31 pm Jura watches from the UK is offering 15% off of most watches with code BF15. This INCLUDES the 140th Anniversary Ginza Alpinist.
With that code the watch comes down to 474 GBP (not including VAT or shipping) and gets to 505 GBP (or about $690) shipped to the U.S.
This watch is basically sold out at every dealer the U.S. at $750. They're being sold at premiums on eBay and elsewhere.
(I thought about buying two and flipping one, but I want others to get this deal.)

I'll never deal with jura again.horhay86 wrote:Same.Dorothyparker wrote:It’s been 12 days since they took my money and haven’t refunded it yet. I had to open a PayPal dispute. Is this typical of Jura?
I asked them for a cancellation the 19th and they barely sent me a cancelation email yesterday after i mentioned opening a paypal case. Lets see if the refund actually processes soon.

Since this will get lost amongst the deals, and good reference for other members in the future, can you post your experience in this thread for Retailer Reviews?phatmatt626 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 02, 2021 9:49 amI'll never deal with jura again.horhay86 wrote:Same.Dorothyparker wrote:It’s been 12 days since they took my money and haven’t refunded it yet. They sent me an email asking me if I had an address in Europe I'd prefer to use or if I'd like to cancel. I said I'd like to cancel and receive a refund. Then they asked if I'd like to pick another watch at a "one time offer price". Apparently ignoring that email was a mistake because they were waiting for a reply to actually continue with canceling. Who runs a business like that? Would I just never be refunded and never receive a watch if I don't continue through a 10 message long email chain asking for a refund over and over?

They finally shipped mine. It may not end up being worth it, but at least I'll know if this forwarding service works.Dorothyparker wrote: ↑Thu Dec 02, 2021 9:07 am It’s been 12 days since they took my money and haven’t refunded it yet. I had to open a PayPal dispute. Is this typical of Jura?
