Minuteman has opened preorders for their 2020 production of the A11 Field Watch.

However you can pre-order an upcoming release from the Minuteman Watch Co, part of the CGA Company (Lum-Tec and Hemel), the Minuteman A11 that features a handcrafted in the USA "Ameriquartz movement."

About this watch:

Our Minuteman A11 is based on the US Military WWII A11. Rather than attempt to totally copy this iconic design. We've chosen to offer an updated version of this iconic watch. These watches will be handcrafted in the great state of Arizona and will be powered by a movement that will also be handcrafted in Fountain Hills, Arizona USA.

Part of the proceeds from each Minuteman watch we sell in 2019 will go to military/veterans charity Homes For Our Troops. Please help us help them.

"I will be honest if you’re a lume fanatic we might not be the brand for you. We don’t really push the point that our watches have lume...I looked at the forum and see they are talking about out A11. The lume on that is not great though we did show a lume shot to show that is does have lume."

An "A11" without good lume is pretty pointless, isn't it?

We've decided to increase the lume to the maximum thickness our dial supplier is capable of. Just keep in mind for $189 your not going to get Lum-Tec like performance. =)

Well now that you mention it, I'm very curious which if any watches are using the 7129 moonphase movement. Been on the hunt for a moonphase with a large moon image and that looks like it could fit the bill.

I don't know if any brand has plans for that one yet. I have had my eye on it but we need to come up with a design. It would have to be something for 2020 for my brand.

Don't remember if I posted this but will be increasing to the thickest lume application the dial supplier can offer on these dials.

I like the design. Impressed that the watchmaker paid us a visit. Love the color-way choices. Wish there was a bronze case and/or titanium case option. But I'm going through a bronze phase......absolutely not your issue.
