I like that look, but, as far as I know, most of the Uncle Seiko straps are the super long diver style. They look kind of ridiculous on my smallish wrist. At least the last one I had did.

I had not thought about that. I have large 8-inch wrists. So they work well on me.

Going to give one of these a try. Waterproof, but still has some texture.

It's no Grand Seiko snowflake, nor is it a baby snowflake, but it's whatever the next lowest tier from that is! I'm looking forward to the neat texture on the dial. The power reserve is definitely more in-your-face than others, but I'm also a sucker for that complication and I'm a fan.

Just arrived and threw it on a Barton strap. I was a little worried about the size, but I think it works.

Anyhow, Amazon.co.uk has a listing for this Lorus RXF41AX7 (can't tell what kind of back it has) that is 30 GBP incl. UK shipping or $40.50 USD incl. shipping to the US. I walked through the checkout process and this is Amazon's message:

There are 3rd party sellers with inventory who ship within the UK for 38 GBP total. Maybe they'll ship to EU? The page tells me they don't ship to the US, anyhow, and I tried a couple just to check.
