I've heard they're not the most responsive.
They could be like REJ where a call is in order vs email.

Just talked to timeless on the phone, super nice folks, unfortunately they didn't have the Seiko I was going after and I'd say cut them some slack right now, they got hit pretty hard by the winter storm.

On the same note I'm in Milwaukee right now and we had 44 inches of snow so far this season, yet we are prepared unlike folks in Texas, used to live in Austin and the whole city would shut down with 2 inches of snow, can't even imagine how things are right now

I realize the storm has taken quite a toll.

I totally forgot they were here in DFW. I am surprised they are in the store answering the phone. The roads are just clearing up today, a ton of people are still without power, and half the state is under boil water orders.
