Here is a vintage Tavannes Art Deco Shock Absorber wrist watch. This steel clamshell case is from an estate sale.
Manual wind movement runs and keeps good time. However, service history is unknown. I got this from an estate sale so service is highly recommended.
The crystal has lume burn marks but not on the dial. Crystal needs to be replace but I think it looks amazing with the burn marks.
Case and case back does have dings and scratches. Not waterproof.
Leather strap is used and shows signs of wear. Not original to the watch.
This is a magnificent vintage watch. A must for any vintage Tavannes collector.
