There is one red MB&F MAD 1 left under $5k. I just received mine today. It's as ridiculous as I expected. The lume is very bright, but doesn't last long. Still a fun gimmick.

The blue version was only available to MB&F friends and family (existing customers). There is one available for $6850.
The red version was available by lottery and were produced last year.
The green version was also available by lottery and are currently in production. It might be possible to purchase a green model for a little less as more hit the market. The color doesn't seem to pop like the red and blue versions though.
