I haven't calculated the profit yet. I'm currently working on scanning my receipts for the year. Sam's Club has this scanner with free receipt software for $99.

Any comments on how Ebay and taxes work?
I'm apparently getting a tax form this year.
Unsure whether they want us to pay taxes on all sales or just profit.
Gotta do some research as well ha figured to ask.

I used H&R Block Small Business last year. It walks you through everything. You need to add up your cost of goods and any other deductible expenses like mileage.

Haven't posted an update in a while. Sales to date on Amazon are over $22k, which is more than the same period last year.
This month I spent $3000 on Nikes and $6500 on bras to sell on Amazon. That should make me around $5000 profit.

Thank you BD for this sweet Waterbury. I haven’t had a leather NATO before, and it is good to be able to try it one. So quiet compared to a scout. Thank you so much!

Kidding.
I know it's not directly related to this challenge, but figured it fits in to this model if some sort.
If it shouldn't be here it can be moved

For the record, I have sold ZERO items related to the virus.
Note: It's possible that somebody figured out that a $60 bra was cheaper than 2 3M face masks.

Here are a couple of current flips you might want to try.
1. Nintendo Switches are getting hard to find. If you have one you aren't using, now is the time to sell. Certain accessories and games are also hard to find.
2. New basketball card release this week. Panini Mosaic. Available at Walmart, Target, Meijer, etc. The packs sell for 2-3X retail on eBay. Stores will be restocking over the next few weeks. Then they will be gone forever. You can probably hold on to them a while and sell them for 4X in the next few months.

It goes to a site selling AR-15 parts, and I have never had any interest in such things. FYI.
