Today was a Wildcard Wednesday with the Nereus Santiago on a strap fitting for James Bond day.




Also swapped the strap over to a borrowed T200 for a round at the golf course. My S100 has been my golf watch, but the T200 on Mankey is INSANELY comfortable.

Yes, picked it up a couple of weeks ago. It caught my eye while I was browsing for something else on Chrono24 and I was hooked. It has a Junghans re-branded VK63A and uni-directional rotating bezel. The release was supposed to coincide with the 2020 Olympics, and it commemorates Junghans' timekeeping innovations at the 1972 Olympics - the ability to track multiple boats in the rowing events and color photo finish photographs accurate to 1/100th of a second for track. Here's the case back:

Very cool! Love the history behind it as well. Also the rare watch case that looks just as good from the back as the front (I'm not talking about case backs, but the case itself). The crown is just tucked into those crown guards. Great score! Also, a cautionary tale about browsing Chrono24 [emoji23]
